Procedure & details
Idea:
Employees of a company are randomly brought together for lunch - either onsite or online. The aim is to promote exchanges between people who previously knew each other little or not at all, to overcome hierarchies and departmental boundaries, and thus strengthen innovation, knowledge transfer, and internal networking.
Implementation:
Participants are randomly matched (manually, via Excel, or with digital tools) into pairs or small groups (ideally 3-4 people) and receive an invitation with information about the time frame and meeting point. An open exchange takes place over lunch together. The content of the discussion can be freely chosen, but suggestions for topics can make it easier to get started.
