Learners are given electronic assistance within the context of what they are working on directly in the business application. For example, the EPSS or DAP automatically detects what the user is doing based on their on-screen actions and provides the appropriate assistance to help them perform those tasks. This assistance comes in form of step-by-step guides or material that is relevant to the situation.
