Flipped classroom
A flipped classroom is a combination of learners preparing content on a topic in their own time and classroom training in which they discuss the content together and apply the knowledge they have built up.

Trainers provide the learners with self-learning opportunities ahead of time (such as videos, web-based training, texts), which deliver the content and help them build up their knowledge independently. The valuable time together in the classroom is used to discuss the learning topic, clarify questions, and test the transfer to practical application.
