LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP®) is a creative approach that supports communication and problem-solving processes in groups through using LEGO® bricks to build models.

A facilitator guides the participants through a series of questions. In response to these questions, participants create their own models using LEGO® bricks, which then serve as the basis for group discussions, sharing knowledge, or decision-making. The method promotes shared understanding, participation, and creativity. Ideas become tangible.
LSP® sessions can also be held online.
