Hackathon
A hackathon is a mostly 24-hour event format for solving work-related problems or designing new products quickly and in a concentrated way.
Immersive empathy
Immersive empathy describes an approach in which learners are immersed in the reality of the life of a particular group in order to explore that group’s wishes and needs, to understand problems from the user’s perspective, or to become familiar with users’ backgrounds and motives.
Job rotation
Job rotation is the temporary switching of tasks between people within a company.
Peer consultation
Consulting with peers is a method for finding solutions to questions or problems at work.
Conference
A conference is a gathering of people, usually from an interest or professional group, for the purpose of exchanging ideas or addressing group or industry-specific issues.
Lean Coffee
Lean Coffee is an easy-to-organize, short, participatory sharing format. Participants contribute the topics they would like to discuss in the group.
