A nugget, also called “microcontent” or “microlearning,” presents specific learning content in a short, concise way that is easy to understand. The scaled-down learning units can be easily integrated into day-to-day working life, supporting workplace learning in the process. They are provided through via digital platform, such as an electronic performance support system, on the intranet, via an app, or on a website.
