Britt Bürgy

In her role as product manager for the digital adoption platform tts performance suite, Britt Bürgy has gained insights into countless transformation projects, which includes medium-sized and DAX-listed organizations. Her focus is always on empowering and supporting employees.

While the pace of change is constantly increasing, employees' willingness to accept innovation is declining. This is precisely where her concepts come in: they guide employees efficiently through digital change and improve their acceptance of new developments.
